Oh How fast she grows.

Our new thing is that I will say "I'm gonna get you" and as I get closer to her, she kicks and flings her arms more and more. It is so much fun now that I can interact and play with her. She understands when I smile and laugh.

ELizabeth did this to Brooks first and I could not get the video camera on before she started getting upset.

The Many Faces of Elizabeth

I layed her on the floor again and this is what happened. I saw different faces with different feelings. Definitly hungry.
Confused

Look at her. She is sitting up. This was the third time to try the chair. The first time we had to put a blanket in front of her to keep her from falling over. The second time she swayed all over the place. Then the third time she got the hang of it.

Uncle Mark had her when we went to the Mexican Restaurant. She is getting mommy spoiled. Meaning that everytime anyone has her besides me, she gets upset. Makes it hard to get anything done. However, I love that she loves me that much. I do get sad to think that Brooks has very little posative interaction with her though.

This has been a busy week. This day we went to Wartburg (I know weird huh) We went to the dirt track and watched the races. We didn't leave until midnight. She slept 10 hours that night. I think we should go at least once a week. I had to stay in the car with her the whole time because of the noise. It was awesome.
The day before we drove up the Dragon. Which is a road that is 11 miles long and has 318 curves. She did not get car sick. However, she did get upset a couple of times. I think from the elevation her ears might have needed to pop.
The day before that we went to Paw and Maw's house. On the way out, we noticed that she saw herself in the mirror. It was cool because I would move her from side to side and you could watch her track herself in the mirror. She is developing so well.

I am two months old.

Elizabeth (the first) and Willow. Aren't they sweet?
This picture was inspired by Elizabeth and Willow. They came over and Big Elizabeth put Willow on the floor for "belly time". I had not tried this yet. It is her first time on the belly.

Here is Willow's belly time. She still loves the fetal position
This is what five weeks looks like. The money gives you perspective.

The differences make me laugh. Willow still balls up and likes to be swaddled. Elizabeth says give me some space. She loves to stretch out.

We went to visit Dorothy and Gary but Gary was not home.

Then we went to go visit Margaret and Clarence, but Clarence was sleeping.

Then we went to see Denise and Jack and Jack was not home. We had not luck that day. This outfit was Josalyn's when she was little. Elizabeth loved Brandy.

Here we are at Big Elizabeth's house. Mom got to hold both of the babies.

Hanging out at week 8

Hanging out at Grandmothers.
Look at me smiling. I'm such a happy baby.

Hanging out at home. Oh how I love our yellow/green carpet. It's like grass. Well, sick grass.

Paisley wore this after she came home from the hospital and it swallowed her. Well, it's like a shirt on me.

This is my Valentine's Day outfit that Aunt Leiann got me. Thanks Leiann.

Seven Weeks and now she is smiling.

Uncle Jack and Aunt Dolly came through town on their way home. We were able to go and meet them for breakfast.
Uncle Jack and Josalyn.

Me, Elizabeth, Aunt Dolly, and Uncle Jack.
Aunt Dolly, Uncle Jack, and Elizabeth.
Uncle Mark came over and Elizabeth was so sleepy.
Grandpa and Josalyn were taking a nap while mom and dad walked around Best Buy.
I have started getting her to laugh. She is so funny.
Elizabeth is hanging out in the chair that we slept in for the first three weeks of her life. It's nice to sleep in a bed again!

She put her hand under her head while she was sleeping. I love what she does with her hands.

This was taken for Kevin and Ashley. This is the build a bear that they got her. It is so sweet. She is also wearing the outfit that Ashley picked out and Kevin paid for. Haha. I guess my turn to to buy came quicker than we thought. They are going to have a baby next!

This is Elizabeth's attempt to laugh and smile. We are working on it. Isn't she so sweet though.
